What to know before you buy on the course.
Which side of the fairway?
Lot position matters. Homes along the right side of a hole tend to see more errant shots from right-handed slices. Pay attention to tee locations, landing zones and existing netting or tree lines.
Views versus privacy
Open fairway views come with golfers passing your backyard. Elevation, landscaping and orientation can give you both.
Membership and HOA
